INSPIRATIONS
To come up with the idea, we did a bit of research and also found a few things that inspire us for the video.

First of all, the speech/confrontation scene is inspired by this video, in which she confronts "depression" by writing a letter.

for the shadow people, I was inspired by my favourite boy band. In one of their music videos, there was a big group of people in black hoodies in a triangle formation, and to me, it looked like their shadows/their pain.
